Former 100-metre hurdler with over 40 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I have dedicated my life to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence. My athletic background shaped my discipline, resilience, and passion for empowering women to break through barriers—both physical and mental.
Today, I specialise in supporting women through one of the most transformative stages of life: menopause. As a qualified Menopause Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Personal Trainer, I bring a holistic, evidence-informed approach to helping women navigate symptoms, regain their vitality, and restore balance in mind and body.
I combine strength training, mobility, breathwork, hormonal wellness education, and compassionate coaching to help women feel in control again—whether they’re dealing with weight changes, fatigue, mood shifts, reduced confidence, or a loss of direction in their wellbeing journey.
